As you enter the Coos Art Museum, you will be welcomed by the Thomas V. O'Hara "Welcome Center." The Welcome Center was a gift to the Art Museum by the Rifkin Family. Tom loved to express himself through his paintings. He passed away in 2003. It was always a pleasure to receive one of Tom's paintings as a gift. The Welcome Center was constructed in 2004 by Jim Davenport.
